The Focus On Quality
The consistent focus on Quality demands a dedicated QUALITY CONTROL Manager. Daily checks are taken for all elements of our process, not least the finished end result.
Our ‘state of the art’ QC laboratory is used to test samples for each shift daily according to the specifications set out in QUALICOAT or QUALISTEELCOAT.

Powder Approvals
Supporting our commercial warranties we have been approved by the major powder manufacturers. Each manufacturer audits our processes, takes sample panels for all commercial warranties and gives further reassurance to our customers of the quality of the finish we provide.
